We use solid wood and high-quality engineered wood, ensuring durability, stability, and long-term use. All materials are eco-friendly and free from harmful chemicals.
Do your beds come with mattresses?
No, but we provide recommendations for compatible toddler, twin, and full-size mattresses. We suggest using a low-profile, firm mattress for the best fit and safety.
What mattress size do I need for a ToddBunk bed?
Most of our bunk beds use twin-size mattresses (38” x 75”), while Montessori beds may fit crib-size (28” x 52”) or twin mattresses. Always check the product specifications before purchasing.
How much weight can your bunk beds hold?
Each model varies, but our bunk beds are designed to support up to 200-300 lbs per bunk, making them suitable for toddlers and growing kids.
Are the bunk beds easy to assemble?
Yes! Our beds come with step-by-step assembly instructions and all necessary tools. Most beds can be assembled in 1-2 hours with basic tools.
Can I separate the bunk beds into two individual beds?
Many of our bunk beds are convertible, allowing you to separate them into two standalone beds as your children grow.
Are the bunk beds safe for my child to climb?
Absolutely! Our bunk beds come with wide, sturdy ladders or built-in stairs for easy and safe climbing. We recommend stairs for younger toddlers as they offer better stability.
What is the best age for a child to sleep in a bunk bed?
The bottom bunk is safe for children as young as 2 years old, while the top bunk is recommended for ages 6 and up to prevent falls.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days in the U.S. Delivery times vary depending on location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to more regions soon!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $100. For smaller items, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email, so you can monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer in-home assembly services?
At the moment, we do not provide assembly services, but our beds are designed for easy, DIY-friendly assembly.
Returns, Warranty & Support
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, you can return your bed in its original packaging for a full refund. (Shipping fees may apply.)
Do your beds come with a warranty?
Yes! All ToddBunk beds include a 3-year limited warranty, covering any manufacturer defects.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace any damaged parts at no cost.
Can I cancel or modify my order after purchasing?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are processed for shipping.
